I used to be such a TV addict. And I really don't know what happened. I had the TV show schedule memorized, so I could record and watch a show at the same time. Right now my faves are, in no particular order:
Glee
Grey's Anatomy
How I Met Your Mother
Gilmore Girls
Boy Meets World
Friends
All I can say is thank goodness for NetFlix :)

Netflix is my lifesaver! I watched the all the seasons of Greys Anatomy and Private Practice this past year... loved them!
